Morgan Securities plc (JPMS plc) and certain of its affiliates has been appointed as an additional prime broker under the terms of an International Prime Brokerage Agreement with effect from 7 February 2013 entered into between the Fund and JPMS plc JPMS plc will provide prime brokerage including custody, margin financing and stock lending services with respect to the Fund's securities and cash carried on the books of JPMS plc Such services will be provided pursuant to the JPM Agreement, in compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of the FSA. The Fund may also enter into principal transactions and agreements with one or more JP Morgan Entities.
