Citco Trustees (Cayman) Limited as Trustee of Martin Currie European Hedge Fund - US Dollar Portfolio (the 'Portfolio') announced that with effect from February 8, 2013, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc no longer act as a Prime Broker to the Portfolio.
The Directors of Odey European Inc. announced that prime brokerage and custody arrangements have been entered into between the Fund and J.P. Morgan Securities plc with effect from 7 February 2013. J.P. Morgan Securities plc (JPMS plc) and certain of its affiliates has been appointed as an additional prime broker under the terms of an International Prime Brokerage Agreement with effect from 7 February 2013 entered into between the Fund and JPMS plc JPMS plc will provide prime brokerage including custody, margin financing and stock lending services with respect to the Fund's securities and cash carried on the books of JPMS plc Such services will be provided pursuant to the JPM Agreement, in compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of the FSA. The Fund may also enter into principal transactions and agreements with one or more JP Morgan Entities.
Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. has entered into a new sub-investment management agreement dated December 19, 2012 with Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc who will provide discretionary investment management services in respect of the assets of the sub-funds.
