Tickets.com Announces an Extended Ticketing Services Agreement

Tickets.com announced an extended ticketing services agreement. The Amarillo Civic Center Complex and regional ticketing customers of Panhandletickets.com will upgrade to the ProVenue platform later this spring. Amarillo Civic Center Complex expands Tickets.com's regional distributor clientele that already includes The Tulsa Performing Arts Center, Mercer Ticket Sales, IC Tickets, Select-A-Seat and PMI Entertainment Group.

Tickets.com Partners with Allianz Global Assistance UK on Missed Event Product

Tickets.com has partnered with Allianz Global Assistance UK to offer missed event insurance to its more than 300 UK venues through its partners ticketing platforms. Through the partnership Tickets.com and Allianz Global Assistance UK will provide customers purchasing tickets for UK venues that opt in to the scheme with the opportunity to select missed event and tickets insurance at the checkout. Ticket buyers will then be able to obtain a refund if they cannot attend the event for a number of reasons, including personal illness or severe weather disruption.

Tickets.com and Arlington International Racecourse Enter New Partnership

Tickets.com and Arlington International Racecourse announced a ticketing services partnership. The Arlington Heights racing and entertainment complex will introduce the ProVenue(R) platform to their fans in support of sales for the 2014 race season.
