Big Huge Games, Inc. is going up for sale as parent company 38 Studios, LLC has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation. SJ Corio Co. is auctioning off Big Huge Games' former assets on October 16, 2012. Sal Corio, President of SJ Corio Co., said that the main asset includes graphics tablets can be used be by artists, architects, video game designers or graphic designers to create digital drawings. Additionally, the sale will include office equipment, video game systems and Big Huge Games' former video game library. A $100 refundable deposit is required to attend the auction. Intellectual property belonging to Big Huge Games and 38 Studios will be sold off at a separate date.

38 Studios, LLC may put up its assortment of assets for sale as it goes into bankruptcy liquidation. 38 Studios has contracted MoveTrek Mobility LLC, to make mortgage payments and assist in the sale of the homes. Boston Business Journal Online reported that a spokesman for MoveTrek could not immediately be reached.
