Rubicon Project Inc. has hired Oli Whitten as director of publisher development for the UK and Europe. He was director of publisher services at AOL Advertising.

Rubicon Project, Inc., which announced a $9 million series C financing round led by NBC Universal’s Peacock Equity Fund, said that the company is still looking for acquisitions. Rubicon CEO Frank Addante said, “The Company is still on the hunt for more acquisitions.”
