Loop Mobile has tied up with Starhome GmbH to provide advanced roaming solutions. With this partnership, Starhome has acquired its fourth Indian customer, Loop Mobile. Using Home Short Code enables Loop Mobile to temporarily adopt visitors as customers by providing them with easy access to their home-based value added services (VAS). The service will allow Loop Mobile to maximize revenues from roamers' VAS access, while providing the smoothest access possible.
Starhome announced that Eitan Achlow has been named the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A ten-year veteran of Comverse and a member of Comverse's senior management team, Achlow successfully led its Asia Pacific (APAC) division for the past 3.5 years. In his role as president of the APAC sales team, Achlow brought together a strong team of professionals that boosted sales, expanded into new markets and introduced innovative solutions. He was responsible for managing the sales, delivery and support activities for APAC.
