Triton Digital Announces New Advertising Platform for Live and On-Demand Broadcasters

Triton Digital announced the new Triton Advertising Platform. Tap is designed and built specifically to help audio publishers, such as broadcasters and internet radio services, increase monetization with solutions for both live and on-demand streaming. Tap is an open platform that provides tools to better forecast available inventory and package it with audience data. Through ad targeting capabilities, both Tap Live and Tap OnDemand increase the effectiveness of digital audio campaigns. Triton Digital Powers SXSWfm, Official Streaming Radio Channel for South by Southwest

Triton Digital announced that it is powering SXSWfm, the official streaming radio channel for South by Southwest, for the second year. The station will use Triton's suite of streaming audio products including Live Streaming for high-quality delivery and the MRC-accredited Webcast Metrics audience measurement solution. SXSWfm focuses on new music discovery, streaming tracks from the more than 2,000 bands that will perform in Austin at SXSW. This year, the programming includes artists performing at the iTunes Festival, which will launch for the first time in the United States at SXSW. Additional content includes features and interviews with musicians, filmmakers, comedians and presenters connected to the conference. The station also airs post-conference programming throughout the year, including music, news and stories from SXSW participants and highlights from past years.

Varick Media Management Joins Triton Digital’s a2x Platform for Programmatic Streaming Audio Ads

Triton Digital announced that Varick Media Management (VMM) is the latest media trading desk to offer programmatic streaming audio ads through its a2x platform. The addition of Triton’s inventory will round out VMM’s cross-channel offerings which already include display, video, social, digital venue-based, search, mobile and TV. VMM’s Data Management Platform (DMP), The Lens, syncs first party data with online/offline data for analysis, segmentation and verification, enabling advertisers to understand behavioral and demographic information of target customers. The integration with a2x will extend The Lens to streaming audio ads for the first time.
