RCS Capital Corporation and its FINRA member broker dealer subsidiary, Realty Capital Securities, LLC ('RCS'), announced that Larry Roth, has joined RCS as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Roth will lead RCS, the leading wholesale distributor of direct investment offerings, including public non-listed real estate investment trusts, business development companies and mutual funds. Prior to joining RCS, Mr. Roth served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advisor Group.

RCS Capital Corporation Announces Management Changes

RCS Capital Corporation announced that Larry Roth had assumed the position of CEO of Realty Capital Securities. Roth replaces Michael Weil, who will become RCS' chairman. Roth became president and CEO of Royal Alliance in 2006 and CEO and president of Advisor Group in 2007.
