CSSS.NET announced it has hired Raymond C. Tye as senior vice president. Reporting to company president and CEO Lisa Wolford, Tye is responsible for day-to-day program operations for customers in the eastern U.S., overall government market expansion in Washington, and the support of overall business strategy development and implementation. Most recently, he served as vice president of the National Security Solutions business unit at USIS, where he was responsible for delivering a wide range of security, technical and analytical solutions and business operations support to the intelligence community, Homeland Security and other federal agencies.
