Cohen & Steers announced estimated ordinary income distributions for its U.S. registered open-end fund of Cohen & Steers Emerging Markets Real Estate Fund, Inc. As announced on November 21, 2011, these distributions will be made on December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 15, 2011. Additionally, as announced on November 21, 2011, none of the Cohen & Steers' U.S.-registered open-end funds anticipates making capital gain distributions in 2011. The projected ordinary income for Class A will range from $0.14 to $0.17 per share, for Class C will range from $0.11 to $0.14 per share and for class I will range from $0.15 to $0.18 per share.
