Mr. Malysz currently receives an annual base salary of $285,000 that is paid on a semi-monthly basis. Effective as of May 1, 2013, stockholders elected Stephen Evans as a director of board of directors. Mr. Evans was designated to serve as a director by Serena Co-Invest Partners, L.P. pursuant to the terms of the Stockholders Agreement dated March 10, 2006, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this current report and incorporated herein by reference. Board of directors has designated Mr. Evans as chair of the compensation committee and as a member of the audit committee and the nominating committee of board of directors.
Serena Software announced the appointment of Kevin Biggs as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Professional Services. In this role, Biggs will be responsible for global sales and services operations. Prior to joining Serena, he was a senior executive at Active Network Inc., most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Global Technology Sales.
