Spanx Inc. appointed Dan Glennon as its new chief financial officer/chief operating officer, where he will lead global finance, legal, IT, sourcing, manufacturing and planning as well as data and analytics. Glennon most recently served as CFO of Larson-Juhl, the Berkshire Hathaway framing company based in Atlanta. Prior to that he was executive vice president and CFO of Teavana. While at Teavana, Glennon developed the company's operating infrastructures and strategies for its retail expansion, revenue and margin growth, as well as the Teavana initial public offering in 2011 and its acquisition by Starbucks in 2012.

Spanx, Inc. announced that Jan Singer has been named as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Singer will report to Sara Blakely, the founder and owner of the company. Gregg Ribatt, the Interim CEO, will assist Singer through a transition, and then continue to serve on the company's Board of Advisors. Singer is expected to join the company officially in early July. Singer is a highly regarded and well-respected leader in the apparel and footwear industry. She joins Spanx from Nike, where she held various senior leadership roles including Corporate Vice President of Global Apparel and Corporate Vice President of Global Footwear.
