Srbijagas announced earnings results for the year 2013. The company posted a net loss of RSD 49.7 billion (USD 598 million/EUR 430 million) in 2013, up from RSD 36.7 billion a year earlier. Operating revenues fell 3.9% to RSD 65.96 billion last year.

JP Srbijagas intends to acquire an additional 25% stake in Yugorosgaz A.D, Belgrade-based media reported. Srbijagas is examining the legal conditions for the acquisition. The acquisitions might be financed partly from the loan from European Investment Bank, news agency Beta quoted Srbijagas's Chief Executive Officer, Dusan Bajatovic, as saying. No financial details have been announced yet. The Serbian government will have a final say on the deal. If the acquisition goes through, Srbijagas will have the same stake in Yugorosgaz as Gazprom, the current owner, has.
Agroziv To Be Acquire By Italian Firm

An unknown Italian company is seeking to acquire Agroziv AD from JP Srbijagas. Dusan Bajatovic, Director of Srbijagas said if the Serbian government agrees to this partnership proposal, the new owner of Agroziv would be an Italian company which has €1.2 billion in meat sales annually, Santos reported.
