SocialGood.TV is planning to acquire Current Media, LLC move its headquarters to Austin. SocialGood.TV told the Austin American-Statesman that it might acquire Current and shift its left leaning programming to more middle of the road shows. Stephen Vogelpohl, Chief Executive Officer of SocialGood and other unnamed stakeholders will meet in December 2012 to discuss the terms of the potential acquisition.
