The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announced the following officer appointments in its Information Technology department: Todd Dixon has been promoted to vice president in the IT departments application development function, with responsibility for areas including IT strategy, effective October 1. Dixon, who had been an assistant vice president in the department, joined the Richmond Fed in 2001. Previously, he worked for Experient Technologies. Ronnie Levine has been appointed as a vice president in the IT application development function, with responsibility for areas including applications architecture, effective October 20. Levine joins the Richmond Fed from the National Credit Union Administration, where she had been chief information officer. She previously held the same position with the U.S. Department of the Interiors Bureau of Land Management. Niranjan Chandramowli has been promoted to assistant vice president in the IT application development function, effective October 1. He joined the Richmond Fed in 2010 and, as program director, has been responsible for application development for several business lines. He previously worked at the Virginia Department of Social Services.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announced the following officer appointments, which were effective September 1, 2014. Mike Wilder has been promoted to group vice president and principal financial officer with responsibility for Corporate Accounting and the Federal Reserve Systems National Procurement Office. Wilder joined the Richmond Fed in 1990 as a financial analyst. Lisa Oliva has been promoted to group vice president with responsibility for Corporate Communications and Government Affairs. Oliva joined the Richmond Fed in 1992 as a publications specialist in Human Resources. Cheryl Moore has been promoted to assistant vice president of Corporate Communications, with responsibility for leading internal and external communications strategies. She joined the Richmond Fed in 2011 as director of corporate communications.
