Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through its subsidiaries, manufactures and markets a range of petrochemicals worldwide. It operates through two segments, Olefins and Polyolefins (O&P); and Specialties, Aromatics and Styrenics (SA&S). The O&P segment produces and markets ethylene, propylene, and other olefin products, which are used for the production of polyethylene, normal alpha olefins, polypropylenes and polyethylene pipe. Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC announced that effective June 1, 2014, Kate Holzhauser will join Chevron Phillips Chemical as vice president, environment, health, safety and security, replacing Don Lycette, who was recently named senior vice president, research and technology. Holzhauser joins Chevron Phillips Chemical from INEOS Nitriles, where she held the position of director and vice president, operations in its Rolle, Switzerland office. Holzhauser holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Throughout her career she has held various roles of increasing responsibility in process and project engineering as well as technical, asset and business management for companies including Hoechst Celanese, Amoco, and BP. Holzhauser will to report to Pete Cella, president and chief executive officer.

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC announced that effective May 1, 2014, Don Lycette has been appointed senior vice president, research and technology, replacing Dennis Holtermann who has elected to retire after 33 years of distinguished service with Chevron Phillips Chemical and Chevron Corporation. Lycette was previously vice president, environment, health, safety and security, a position he assumed in 2011. He joined Chevron Corporation in 1980 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations, planning, economics, project management, and business management. Lycette will continue to report to Pete Cella, president and chief executive officer.

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC announced planned management changes. Rick Roberts, senior vice president of Manufacturing, has elected to retire after 37 years of distinguished service with Chevron Phillips Chemical and Chevron. In light of Mr. Roberts' retirement, the following changes will be effective December 1, 2013. Dan Coombs will become senior vice president Manufacturing. Coombs is currently senior vice president Specialties, Aromatics & Styrenics. Ron Corn will become senior vice president Specialties, Aromatics & Styrenics. Corn is currently vice president Corporate Planning & Development. Jim Telljohann will become vice president Corporate Planning & Development. Telljohann is currently manager Global Business Development. Effective February 1, 2014, the following changes will occur. Mike Zeglin will become vice president Qatar. Zeglin is currently executive president Saudi Polymers Company, Chevron Phillips Chemical's 35 percent-owned joint venture with Petrochem. Jim Becker will become executive president Saudi Polymers Company. Becker is currently Asia/Pacific Region general manager. Effective January 1, 2014, Bob Rhoades will become Asia/Pacific Region general manager. Rhoades is currently global business manager Polyethylene. Effective February 15, 2014, Scott Sharp will become senior vice president Projects. Sharp is currently vice president Qatar. Coombs, Corn, Telljohann and Sharp will report to Peter L. Cella, president and chief executive officer. Zeglin, Becker and Rhoades will report to Mark Lashier, executive vice president Olefins & Polyolefins.
