Monarch Bank, a subsidiary of Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc. announced they have entered into an agreement with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. to provide investment and trust services for the Bank's clients.

Raymond James Financial Services Inc. of St. Petersburg, Fla., has hired Patrick L. Jinks, 34, as director of practice planning and acquisitions. He is responsible for managing a team of industry and business consultants who will serve the needs of new and existing independent-contractor financial advisers who are affiliated with Raymond James. Previously, Mr. Jinks was a private wealth services manager at Grant Thornton LLP of Chicago.

Raymond James Financial Inc. has made three senior-management appointments. Scott Curtis, 49, has been promoted to president of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. and managing director of its independent-contractor division, from senior vice president of the Raymond James & Associates Inc. He is responsible for leading and building the independent-broker-dealer business.
