Boston Financial Data Services, Inc. Faces Discrimination Lawsuit

A senior executive at Boston Financial Data Services filed a complaint accusing the company of discrimination. Deen Haleem, a senior executive at Boston Financial Data Services Inc. recently filed a complaint in U.S. District Court in Boston accusing the company of discrimination. In the suit, Haleem claims that when he returned to work in late 2012 for Boston Financial Data Services after a 13-month domestic and foreign deployment, he was effectively demoted from his previous role as a vice president overseeing wealthy clients and supervising employees working with corporate clients.
