Nielsen Announces Executive Changes

Nielsen announced the appointments of three global communications leaders—Ben Billingsley as SVP, Global Watch Marketing and Communications, Flavie Lemarchand-Wood as VP, Deputy Communications Director, Global Watch Marketing and Communications, and Kristie Stegen, Global Head of Internal Communications. The appointments are effective immediately. Billingsley joins Nielsen from Horn Group, where he served as partner. Flavie Lemarchand-Wood, in an expanded role, will become VP, Deputy Communications Director, Global Watch. Kristie Stegen assumes an expanded role as Global Head of Internal Communications. She is responsible for developing and executing the company's global internal communications strategy, and leads a team that develops and delivers content to spark associates’ interests, instill a sense of purpose and pride, and drive meaningful conversations. Stegen reports to Nelson and is based in Chicago, Ill.
Nielsen Holdings N.V. Closes its Radcliff Call Center

Nielsen will close its Radcliff call center as part of a reorganization. The closure will affect 237 employees. The company reported that Radcliff City Hall in a letter that the change is effective July 31, 2014.
