Golden Corral Corporation announced that the Golden Corral buffet and grill off Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard closed Jan. 1 in preparation for the construction of a new Golden Corral in the same market area. The restaurant off Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard was closed as the company is preparing to open a new Golden Corral in the same market. The new restaurant will be built to the new "pavilion concept" style. Golden Corral Corporation Launches Chocolate Wonderfall

Golden Corral Corporation announced that the company is introducing an exciting new addition to their Brass Bell Bakery(c) - The Chocolate Wonderfall. The Chocolate Wonderfall is a multi-tiered chocolate flowing fountain surrounded by a variety of fresh fruit and bakery goods that can be dipped by the guest under the flowing chocolate. At the Chocolate Wonderfall station guests will discover an array of products on display where they can help themselves by skewering and dipping their selections into the chocolate fountain. Some of the endless dipping selections include: Sweet Pineapple Chunks; Delicious Red, Whole Strawberries; Delicate Slices of Fresh Apples; Fluffy Large Marshmallows; Delightful Coconut Macaroons; Rice Krispies Treats.
