LLC, has expanded the business-innovation side of its practice with the addition of Kristi Burrows as director-business strategy. Ms. Burrows was formerly director-consumer insight, strategy and execution at Best Buy. During her nine years there, she focused on innovation, marketing, customer research and strategy development. She developed products related to energy management, health and wellness, e-vehicle transportation and new-store format development.

Sara Lee Corporation named Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners. LLC as lead creative agency of record for its Hillshire Farm brand of meat products. The assignment, with spending estimated at $18 million, had been handled by the Playa del Rey, Calif., office of TBWA/Chiat/Day, part of the TBWA Worldwide unit of the Omnicom Group, which continues to create campaigns for the Jimmy Dean line of products sold by Sara Lee.
