Glassdoor, Inc. announced that it has strengthened its management team with the appointment of two key executives: Scott Sinatra and Allyson Willoughby. Sinatra has joined as senior vice president of sales and Willoughby has joined as general counsel and senior vice president of people. Prior to Glassdoor, Sinatra served as area director with BMC Software, where he was responsible for all BMC field sales and operations in the Northwest region of the United States. In his role at Glassdoor, Sinatra will help employers establish and maintain technology-driven social recruiting solutions, while developing and managing high-performing talented professionals. Willoughby was previously the senior vice president and general counsel of RockYou, where she was responsible for all aspects of the company's legal needs. At Glassdoor, Willoughby will lead the human resources and legal departments.
