Johan Enslin, chief technology officer at Petra Solar, has been named director of the Energy Production and Infrastructure Center at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. His appointment is effective August 1, 2011. Enslin succeeds Steve Patterson, who will return to his role as SPX distinguished professor in mechanical engineering at UNCC.
