Tom Woods, a Blue Springs, Mo.-based home builder with more than 40 years of experience in the home building industry, was elected as the 2014 first vice chairman of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) during the associations International Builders Show in Las Vegas. Woods is president of Woods Custom Homes. NAHBs senior officers serve on a multi-year leadership ladder. Woods will become chairman of NAHBs Board of Directors in 2015.

National Association of Home Builders Appoints Ed Brady as Vice Chairman

Ed Brady, a Bloomington, Ill.-based builder and developer with more than 25 years of experience in the home building industry, was elected as the 2014 second vice chairman of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) during the associations International Builders Show in Las Vegas. Brady is president of Brady Homes. Brady Homes has developed 20 residential communities throughout the state, building more than 1,800 single-family homes, 2,000 apartment units and more than 100,000 square feet of light commercial property.

Granger MacDonald was elected as the 2014 third vice chairman of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) during the associations International Builders Show in Las Vegas. MacDonald is president of the MacDonald Companies, a diverse development, construction, and management enterprise with more than 35 neighborhoods completed throughout Texas.
