Provo Craft and Novelty, Inc. appointed Mr. Arora as new president and chief executive officer. Mr. Arora has more than 17 years of experience in the consumer technology and software industries. He joins Provo Craft and Novelty, Inc. after nine years with Logitech International S.A., most recently as vice president and general manager of a business unit that creates products to enable and simplify the digital home. Prior responsibilities at Logitech involved product development and international marketing of computer peripherals such as mice. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in developing and launching several products. Before Logitech, Mr. Arora worked at several earlier stage technology companies and in the financial services sector.
