Qatalyst Group announced that Anand Subramanian will join the firm in early December as a Partner and Head of Private Capital Markets. Qatalyst Group Appoints Marcie Vu as Partner

Qatalyst Group announced that Marcie Vu will join the Firm as a Partner. Ms. Vu, most recently Head of Consumer Internet Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, will be based at Qatalyst's San Francisco headquarters and will advise technology companies and private investment firms on mergers & acquisitions and strategic investments in the internet sector globally. Ms. Vu, 40, has 13 years of investment banking experience at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers advising internet, mobile, software and telecommunications clients on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $90 billion. She has advised on the IPOs of Alibaba.com, Facebook, Google, Green Dot, LinkedIn, Pandora, Yandex and Zynga, among others.

Adam Holt Joins Qatalyst Partners LP as a Partner

Qatalyst Partners LP announced that Adam Holt will join the Firm as a Partner. Mr. Holt, most recently a Managing Director and Head of Global Software Research at Morgan Stanley, will be based at Qatalyst's San Francisco headquarters and will advise technology companies and private investment firms on mergers & acquisitions and strategic investments in the software sector globally. Mr. Holt, 39, has 16 years of experience covering the technology industry at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.
