Silego Technology Announces New Device in the GreenPAK Programmable Mixed-Signal Matrix Family
Apr 9 14
Silego Technology announced a new device in the GreenPAK (GPAK) Programmable Mixed-signal Matrix Family. Silego's GPAK family of NVM Programmable Mixed-signal Matrix devices is designed to easily integrate common discrete ICs and passive components into a single device. The SLG46110V brings the functionality and versatility of the GPAK family into the incredibly small 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.55 mm, 8-GPIO STQFN package. This enables designers to achieve a new level of miniaturization, further reducing power consumption, board space, and routing complexity. Aggressive, no nonsense, pricing of $0.12 @ 1Mu makes the SLG46110V an extremely cost effective new addition to the highly successful GPAK family, which has shipped more than 300 million units since inception four years ago. Like other devices in the GPAK family, development of SLG46110V projects takes advantage of the easy-to-use GPAK development hardware and simple GUI interface of GPAK Designer, allowing engineers to quickly and easily implement new designs and respond to changing design requirements.
Silego Technology Introduces the SLG59M1557
Mar 24 14
Silego Technology introduced the SLG59M1557, a 28 m P-Channel, ultra-low quiescent current GreenFET3 load switch. The product is based on Silego's proprietary sub-micron CuFET technology. The device can achieve 0.1uA typical and 1uA maximum quiescent current in both ON and OFF states. This device has an integrated level shift function for the ON pin, which allows the system MCU to directly turn on or off the load switch without any discrete logic or level shifting components. SLG59M1557V features: 1.0x1.0 mm package; VD: 1.5 V to 5.5 V; IDD: 0.1uA typical; Integrated level shift and VIL control; and integrated discharge resistor.
Silego Technology Introduces Dual Channel GreenFET3 load switch product
Mar 19 14
Silego Technology, has introduced the SLG59M1527V, a 16 mÙ dual channel GreenFET3 load switch product based on its proprietary sub-micron copper power FET technology. This load switch can handle 4.5A max current per channel for 9.0A total. The device uses Silego's CuFET technology to achieve low RDSON, smallest form factor and improved reliability. The SLG59M1527 is a full-featured dual channel load switch packaged in a 14-pin STDFN 1.0 x 3.0 mm package. Each channel can be configured and enabled independently. This device features a linear voltage ramp under dynamic loading conditions. The ramp rate on each channel can be independently adjusted by the designer using external capacitors. The device can switch power rails in the range from 1.0 V to 5.5 V, up to 4.5A continuous current for each channel. The load switch also includes discharge circuit, over current limit protection, short circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection.
