GWR Global Water Resources Corp. and Global Water Resources, Inc. announced the expected changes associated with their executive management transition and succession plan. Ron Fleming, President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Water Resources, Inc. has been appointed as interim CEO for both companies. Trevor Hill, Chairman of the Board, has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of GWR Global Water Resources Corp. Cindy Bowers has completed her four year commitment to serve as Chief Financial Officer and will transition to Executive Vice President of Investor Relations for the remainder of the year, as well as remain on the Board of Directors for Global Water Resources, Inc. Mike Liebman will succeed her as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ron Fleming has worked with Global Water for ten years, during which time he has directly managed all areas of the business. For the past four years he has run the entire utility division, making him exceptionally experienced and uniquely qualified for this role. Global Water Receives Rate Case Recommended Opinion and Order

GWR Global Water Resources Corp. and Global Water Resources, Inc. announced it received the Recommended Opinion and Order (ROO) from the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) in the rate case involving seven Global Water regulated utility subsidiaries. The issuance of the ROO by the ALJ is the last major milestone before the rate case is presented to the ACC Commissioners, who must approve the settlement before it will take effect. The ROO from the ALJ follows a proposed settlement agreement between Global Water and ACC Staff, the Residential Utility Consumers Office (RUCO), the City of Maricopa, and others originally announced on August 13, 2013.

investors will acquire a majority interest in FATHOMTM, through a partnership structure, and provide additional capital to fuel its growth, eliminating the need for further investment from Global
Water. Trevor Hill, President and CEO of GWR Global Water Resources Corp. and Global Water will ultimately move to the role of Chairman of GWRC and Global Water. Effective at closing, he has also assumed the role of Executive Chairman of FATHOM.
