ASX Removes BCD Resources From Official List Due To Non-Payment Of Annual Listing Fees

Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) announced that under listing rule 17.15, BCD Resources (Operations) NL had not paid its annual listing fees in respect of the year ending June 30, 2012 by the close of business on August 29, 2011 was removed from the official list with effect from the close of trading on August 29, 2011. The company did not pay to ASX Limited its annual listing fees in respect of the year ending June 30, 2012 and consequently has been removed from the official list in accordance with listing rule 17.15.

BCD Resources (Operations) NL Announces Board Changes

BCD Resources (Operations) NL announced that Chairman, Mr. Neville Bergin, has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the company with effect from August 24, 2011. Mr. Bergin is General Manager - Projects Development for Minemakers Ltd. and wishes to focus on MAK's Wonarah Project and other MAK interests. Mr. Mike Botting, currently a non-executive Independent director of BCO and BCD Resources NL, has been appointed as non-executive Chairman. Mr. Botting, a mining engineer with a strong understanding of the Tasmania Mine, is currently CEO of Morningstar Gold NL. He has over 26 years of underground and open pit mining experience and has worked at senior mine management levels in Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland with both mining companies and mining contractors. He was previously a non-executive Director of Greater Bendigo Gold Mines Ltd.

BCD Resources (Operations) NL announced that, effective from 4 July 2011, the address of the Company's registered office will be: 5 West Street, Beaconsfield TAS 7270. This change is the result of closure of the BCD Resources NL Melbourne office on 1 July 2011.
