Banco Itau BBA S.A. Announces Management Changes

Banco Itau BBA has hired Charles F. Stewart from Morgan Stanley as chief executive officer of its London office. Stewart was the deputy head of European, Middle East and Africa investment banking for Morgan Stanley. In his new role, he will be based in London and will replace Almir Vignoto, who will move to New York to lead Itau BBA's US activities. Stewart will start work with Itau BBA June 2013 onwards. Stewart worked at Morgan Stanley for 19 years, where he had been head of Latin American investment banking.
