Several Companies Interested In Privatization Of Bolshoye Savino

Kommersant reported that the government of Russia’s Perm Region announced a pre-sale preparation for Bolshoye Savino Airport. On July 23, 2012, Governor Viktor Basargin said that the regional government is planning to launch the pre-sale preparation of the airport in a month and the auction will be held in 2012–2013. Among the companies interested in acquisition are Renova Group of Companies, Basic Element Company, OJSC Sheremetyevo International Airport and PJSC Vnukovo Airport. Basargin added that Chimimport might also bid for the airport. Representatives of Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo stated that they have no intention to bid for airport but Renova and BasEl have already confirmed their plans to participate in the auction.

Perm Krai Reportedly To Sell Bolshoye Savino Airport

Kommersant reported that the authorities of Perm Krai are planning to sell the Bolshoye Savino Airport through competitive tendering. Some investors interested in the airport are the Renova Group of Companies and Basic Element Company. The terms of the sale have not yet been disclosed.
