National Electrical Manufacturers Association Elects Two New Members to its Board of Governors

National Electrical Manufacturers Association elected two new members to its board of governors. Marcelo Mosci, President and CEO, U.S. and Canada Region, GE Healthcare; and Tom Russo, President and CEO, Jarden Safety and Security. Mosci is president and CEO of GE Healthcare's U.S. and Canada Region, and is a GE corporate officer. Russo is president and CEO of Jarden Safety and Security, a subsidiary of Jarden Inc.

National Electrical Manufacturers Association Announces Appoints Jeff Tomitz as Vice President of Finance and Administration

The National Electrical Manufacturers Association announced that Jeff Tomitz has joined its staff as vice president of finance and administration. Tomitz is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization and human resource management. Tomitz comes to NEMA with 30 years of experience, more than 10 of which has been in public accounting. Tomitz principally served the not-for-profit community within the Baltimore-D.C. metro corridor. Recently, he served as chief financial officer for the National Quality Forum and the American Council of Education.

NEMA Project Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Reliance Financial Services

The National Agricultural Land and Water Management Development Project NEMA under the ministry of agriculture on 17 February 2014, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Reliance Financial Services at a ceremony held at the Nema Project conference hall. The MOU among other thing, would build on the capacities of NEMA targeted beneficiaries through enhanced production techniques, access to mechanized farming inputs, strong financial and business management skills, improved sales techniques and a change in the quality of their livelihood. The MOU also stipulates the partnership between the two parties to provide funding opportunities for the Capital Investment Stimulation Fund, which is a tripartite arrangement that provide a matching grant to group and individual SMSE along the rice and vegetable value chain.
