Finelite Inc. announced the appointment of Jerry Mix as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2012. Terry Clark, founder of Finelite, will assume the role of Executive Chairman, as well as, Chief Technology Officer. In his new role Mr. Clark will provide leadership for the Finelite team and focus on developing new lighting technologies for the building community. Jerry Mix founded Wattstopper in 1984 where his vision and direction made the company a leader in the lighting controls industry.
