National Parks Conservation Association Appoints Tracy Lamondue as Senior Vice President of Development

National Parks Conservation Association announced the appointment of Tracy LaMondue as its Senior Vice President of Development. In this role, she will lead the team responsible for raising more than half of the organizations $35 million budget. LaMondue most recently oversaw all development and campaign initiatives at the Smithsonians National Museum of Natural History. Previously, she also held positions with Conservation International, Earth Force, and the National Wildlife Federation, serving in increasingly responsible roles during her more than 20 years as a fundraising professional.

National Parks Conservation Association Appoints Pamela Wilson as Director for Foundation Relations

National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) announced the appointment of Pamela Wilson as the new Director for Foundation Relations. In her new role she will provide leadership and direction for NPCAs Foundations Program generating critical support for the organizations work across the country. Over the last eight years, she served as the Director for Corporate and Foundation Relations at Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Previously she worked for the Maryland Federation of Art as the Executive Director and also served as an independent contractor working with non-profit agencies to provide project fundraising research and create development plans.

National Parks Conservation Association Announces W. Clark Bunting as New President and CEO, Effective November 11, 2013

The Board of Trustees for National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) announced the appointment of W. Clark Bunting as the organization's new President and Chief Executive Officer. Bunting will officially take the helm on November 11 as President of NPCA. Bunting was previously with the Discovery Channel, based in Silver Spring, MD, where he most recently served as president and general manager. In that role, Bunting oversaw the flagship network, which now reaches nearly 98.6 million subscribers in the United States.
