RBC OJSC announced that RBC Board resolved to terminate the powers of the company's CEO German Kaplun starting April 13, 2012, and to designate Sergey Lavrukhin as a new CEO RBC. Sergey previously held the position of Chairman of RBC's Board of Directors. Valer Senko, who serves on RBC's Board and occupies the position of Director for Investments ONEXIM Group, was appointed new Chairman of RBC's Board. Valery has occupied the position of Director for Investments at ONEXIM Group since its foundation. Sergey served as Executive Director of ONEXIM Group and acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of RBC.

RBC OJSC reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year 2011. For the quarter, the company has reported total revenue of RUB 1,723 million compared to RUB 1,238 million for the same period a year ago. The increase in revenue is attributable to higher advertising prices and sellout ratio, which are linked to the expansion of RBC's Internet and TV audience as well as the high ratings of printed publications. For the year, the company has reported total revenue of RUB 4,684 million compared to RUB 3,479 million for the same period a year ago. EBITDA reached RUB 524 million in 2011, up more than six times from 2010.
