Bank of the Cascades Names Jeff Havener as Senior Vice President and Mortgage Regional Sales Manager

Bank of the Cascades created the position of senior vice president and mortgage regional sales manager and named Jeff Havener to the post. Moss will continue to serve on the board of directors, where she is vice chairwoman, and on several committees. Saxey is the new mortgage loan officer at the Eagle branch of Bank of the Cascades. He has more than six years of experience as a mortgage broker and owner of a mortgage company.
