Seaway To Sell Mount Carmel Baptist Church

Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Hattiesburg will be up for sale. Seaway Bank and Trust Company is seeking to put the property up for sale, as Mount Carmel Baptist has defaulted on its loan with the bank. Rev. Kenneth Fairley, said, "God is still working it out. Prayer still works." Seaway's trustee, Jackson attorney J. Mark Franklin III, could not be reached for comment by Hattiesburg American.
