RevTrax Adds to Executive Management Team

RevTrax announced two executive hires. Mike Biafore, most recently with Coupons.com, and Mel Liebergall, a 15-year News America Marketing executive, join RevTrax as VP of product management and VP of CPG and shopper marketing, respectively. They bring to RevTrax a wealth of expertise in couponing, shopper marketing, digital marketing and retail activation. Most recently, Mike led the coupon Clearing, Print & Mail, and Family Codes teams at Coupons.com. Most recently, Mel led the sales and business development teams and functioned as a strategic advisor to CBS Outernet, Modiv Media (now Catalina Mobile) and Brand Connections.

RevTrax announced four senior-level hires to add to its growing management team, including executives from Toys"R"Us and Commission Junction. Randy Malluk joined the team as VP of strategy & analytics to lead the continuing evolution of RevTrax products, services and go-to-market strategies. Prior to RevTrax, Randy held various positions at Toys"R"Us, including digital marketing analytics and insights, private brand analytics, and ultimately strategy for the Digital New Ventures group. Chris Morse joined RevTrax as VP of client services to strategically scale the client services organization and collaborate across departments to grow existing client relationships. Prior to RevTrax, Chris worked for Commission Junction affiliate network, a division of ValueClick, where he led client development teams in New York, Chicago and Boston to double- and triple-digit revenue growth. To support and promote company growth, RevTrax also made critical hires in human resources and finance. Erica Leflein, the company's new HR director was previously with financial technology company OnDeck. In her prior position, Erica navigated OnDeck from 50 to 200 employees. Additionally, Ron Ruegg joined the team as Finance Director. Ron was previously with digital advertising network Doclix, where he helped secure the company as a Qualified Emerging Technology Company in New York State.

RevTrax(R) announced the launch of SmartOffers. Brands and retailers can dynamically target their digital coupons and offers based on any combination of business rules. Marketers can enable personalized customer experiences across all digital marketing channels, or through a coupon portal, with dynamic landing pages, calls to action and offers. Campaign rules can be based on any aspect of the consumer interaction with a brand, including previous coupon engagements, geographic information, paid or owned media conditions, past transaction data, CRM criteria and more.
