On April 24, 2012, William M. Austin was appointed as a member of the board of directors of Exterran GP LLC by its sole member, Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P., effective as of such date. Also on April 24, 2012, the board appointed Mr. Austin as senior vice president of Exterran GP LLC, effective as of such date. Mr. Austin has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Exterran Holdings Inc.

Effective April 2, 2012, David S. Miller was elected as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran GP LLC, replacing J. Michael Anderson, who previously served in that position. Also on April 2, 2012, Mr. Anderson resigned as a member of the board of directors of Exterran GP LLC.

On December 7, 2011, the board of directors of Exterran GP LLC, appointed D. Bradley Childers as President and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of company, effective December 12, 2011. Mr. Childers has served as interim Chief Executive Officer and interim Chairman of the Board of Exterran GP LLC since November 2011. Prior to that, he had served as Senior Vice President of Exterran GP LLC since June 2006 and as a director of Exterran GP LLC since May 2008.
