iShares Trust - iShares S&P Short Term National AMT-Free Municipal Bond Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. It is managed by Blackrock Fund Advisors. The fund invests in fixed income markets of the United States. It primarily invests in municipal securities which are exempt from federal income taxes and are rated at leats BBB- by S&P, Baa3 by Moody's or BBB- by Fitch. The fund seeks to invest in securities with a maturity between one month to 5 years.
