FPA announced that Steven R. Geist, Co-Manager of the Small Mid-Cap Quality strategy, including Source Capital and FPA Perennial Fund, will retire from his day to day portfolio management responsibilities effective May 30, 2014. He will continue as an Advisor to the strategy until he retires as a Partner from FPA on December 31, 2014. Eric S. Ende and Gregory A. FPA Appoints Brian A. Selmo and Mark Landecker as Partners

FPA announced that Brian A. Selmo and Mark Landecker have been named Partners of the firm. Their portfolio management responsibilities are unchanged. Mr. Selmo joined FPA in 2008. He serves as Portfolio Manager for the FPA Crescent Fund and Value Partners Fund. He also serves as Director of Research for the FPA Contrarian Value Strategy. Mr. Landecker joined the firm in 2009. He serves as Portfolio Manager for the FPA Crescent Fund and the FPA Global Opportunity Fund.

Melinda Newman Joins FPA's Absolute Fixed Income Investment Team as Senior Vice President

FPA announced that Melinda Newman has joined FPA's Absolute Fixed Income investment team as Senior Vice President. Ms. Newman reports to Tom Atteberry, portfolio manager of the Absolute Fixed Income Strategy, including FPA New Income Inc. (FPNIX). Prior to joining FPA, Ms. Newman was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Post Advisory Group, LLC from 2004 through 2012.
