MiTAC Digital Corporation's brand Magellan announced it will introduce a new line of RoadMate Personal Navigation Device units featuring EasyTouch touch screens and an underlying Android OS for a more powerful navigation experience, at 2014 International CES. Responsive, empowering, and intuitive, the affordably priced units bring all the benefits of high-end smartphone touch screens to more consumers than ever before. The initial introduction features the 5" 5430T-LM with traffic and lifetime maps. The products will be on display in the Magellan CES meeting room, MP25740, located in South Hall 2. Handal &Associates Files New Patent Infringement Lawsuit against MiTAC and other Distributors and Resellers

Handal &Associates announced that it has filed new patent infringement lawsuits on behalf of its client, e.Digital Corporation. Handal &Associates has filed a total of 15 lawsuits against parties believed to infringe patents covering the use of flash memory technologies, which are a part of e.Digital's Flash-R(TM) patent portfolio. The cases have all been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and include two recently filed suits against Pantech Wireless Inc. aka Pantech North America, Pantech Co. Ltd., AT&T Inc., Verizon Communications Inc., United States Cellular Corporation, MiTAC Digital Corporation, and MiTAC International Corp.
