Sentinel Capital Partners, L.L.C. and Tri-Artisan Capital Partners, LLC are in the early stages of considering a sale of TGI Friday's Inc.'s British arm. Sentinel Capital and TriArtisan Partners are looking to offload TGI in Britain where it has more than 60 restaurants. It is believed that Sentinel Capital and TriArtisan have held a beauty parade of banks to lead a potential sale and are likely to appoint advisers in the coming weeks.

TGI Friday's Bacon Ranch is the latest variety to join the brand's restaurant-inspired Potato Skins line, licensed by Inventure Foods Inc. The new snack chip is currently available in convenience stores and vending machines nationwide. Bacon Ranch Potato Skins are made from real potatoes and use dual sheeting technology to create a dark side and a light side, just like real potato skins. The chips are seasoned with the perfect combination of savory bacon and zesty ranch to create a hearty and satisfying snack chip. The suggested retail prices per 1.75-ounce and 3-ounce bags are $1.00 and $1.99 to $2.19, respectively. Potato Skins are also available in Cheddar Bacon, Sour Cream & Onion, Cheddar Sour Cream, Jalapeno Cheddar and Chili Cheese. In addition to Potato Skins, snack line staples include Cheddar Cheese Crunchy Fries, Onion Rings and Mozzarella Sticks.
TGI Friday and Cosmo Announces Expansion Plans

Hammerson has signed TGI Friday âE ™s and Cosmo as the latest restaurants to join its £20 million leisure extension of Silverburn in Glasgow. TGI FridayâE™s is to open a 6,800 sq ft restaurant alongside CosmoâE™s 9,900 sq ft pan-Asian restaurant. Both have agreed 15-year leases and will open in the new leisure extension in late autumn. TGI FridayâE™s and Cosmo will join recently announced brands Zizzi and Pizza Express in the 100,000 sq ft leisure development. It will be anchored by a 50,000 sq ft, 14-screen Cineworld cinema.
