The Valence Group has hired Tanya Ivushkina as Vice President. Tanya, who will be based in the firm's New York office, brings extensive strategic consulting experience across chemicals and related sectors. Tanya brings nearly 15 years of experience from a career that includes Deloitte Consulting, where she led the development and delivery of market and competitive intelligence for both organic and inorganic growth opportunities to companies in the chemicals, personal care, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical and medical device fields. Most recently Tanya served in a strategy function within Honeywell's Specialty Materials division.

The Valence Group has hired Ian George as Managing Director. Ian, who will be based in the firm's London office, brings extensive senior-level M&A experience across a range of industrial sectors, including chemicals and related sectors. He has held senior positions at Nomura and Bear Stearns, and most recently, with EPIC Private Equity.

The Valence Group has hired Alex Khutorsky as Managing Director. Alex, who will be based in the firm's New York office, brings extensive senior-level M&A experience across a range of industrial sectors, including chemicals and mining & metals. He was most recently interim CEO of Meadow Bay Gold.
