Mondi Group Eyes Acquisition
Feb 28 14
Mondi Group intends to make acquisitions. Andrew King, Chief Financial Officer of the company said: “I think it would be wrong to start to look at a change in the range of cover at this stage. It's -- we certainly see acquisition opportunities, we see capital expenditure opportunities, which we believe add value, and within the context of the type of return profile that we are seeking.” David Hathorn, Chief Executive Officer of the company said: “I think the focus on growth, which could either be acquisition or investment-led one way or the other, would be in our consumer-related packaging as a preference. So that would be both. Some of corrugated as well, the high-end part of corrugated is also highly attractive.”
