Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. announced that Diablo(R) III, the latest chapter in the legendary action--RPG series, is now available for the Sony PlayStation(R) 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360(R) throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. The Xbox 360 version of the game will be available via Xbox LIVE(R) starting October 4. Both console versions of Diablo III have been fully localized in English, German, French, Latin American Spanish, European Spanish, Russian, Italian, Polish, and Brazilian Portuguese for multilingual demonic warfare. The PS3(TM) and Xbox 360 versions of Diablo III have been custom-tailored for gamepad-driven action, with a dynamic camera perspective that puts the hero front and center, as well as an all-new user interface and an intuitive control system that make vanquishing evil feel like second nature on consoles. Players can take on the vile denizens of the Burning Hells alone or in a party of up to four via same-screen local cooperative play or online over PlayStation Network(TM) or Xbox LIVE(R). In addition, the game supports parties composed of both local and online players. Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and NetEase, Inc. announced an agreement to license Blizzard Entertainment's Hearthstone(TM): Heroes of Warcraft(TM) to a NetEase, Inc. affiliate in mainland China for a term of three years. The companies have been collaborating since 2008 to bring Blizzard Entertainment's World of Warcraft(R), StarCraft(R) II, and Battle.net(R) gaming platform to Chinese gamers. Announced in March, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is Blizzard's new free-to-play strategy card game for Windows(R), Macintosh(R), and iPad(R). In Hearthstone, players take on the role of legendary heroes from the Warcraft universe, playing spells and minions from customized card decks. Matches are fast-paced and friendly, with players dueling for fun, glory, and the chance to win awesome new cards. Deceptively simple but epically engaging, Hearthstone will be instantly accessible to players regardless of their familiarity with Warcraft or collectible card games. Anyone who picks up the game will be able to jump right in and start winning cards and building their collection. For players who prefer to expand their collection a little faster, card packs can be purchased via an in-game store. Worlds Inc.'s Markman Hearing Reschedules Due to Crowded Court Calendar

Worlds Inc. has been informed by Judge Denise Casper of the United District Court for the District of Massachusetts that the Markman Hearing in its patent infringement lawsuit against Activision Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc., which was originally scheduled to be held on June 27, 2013, has been rescheduled to August 22 & 23, 2013. The delay is due to the increased time Judge Casper is being required to devote to the criminal case against James (Whitey) Bulger, an alleged Massachusetts underworld crime boss.
