EMCOR Group (UK) plc Wins Five-Year Total Facilities Management Contract Extension by BAE Systems Military Air & Information

EMCOR Group (UK) plc announced that it has been awarded a five-year Total Facilities Management (TFM) extension to its longstanding contract with BAE Systems Military Air & Information, who design and build fixed wing military aircraft and training aircraft, as well as provide training, support and information services for the UK RAF and other customers worldwide. EMCOR UKs responsibilities include providing BAE Systems with a One Stop Shop TFM footprint. This footprint is applied at three major advanced, complex engineering and manufacturing sub-assembly and final assembly facilities, including research and development, as well as strategic office accommodation. EMCOR UKs asset management methodology at BAE Systems is certified to PAS 55 Asset Management standard, an internationally recognised specification, and EMCOR UK utilises this expertise to deliver integrated life cycle maintenance services to over 500 multi-use facilities, including restaurants, hospitality and grab and go food delivery, set on over 1000 acres of land, as well as day-to-day managed services to 11,000 BAE Systems colleagues.

EMCOR Group (UK) plc Wins Two-Year Contract Extension for Facilities Management Services from Natural History Museum

EMCOR Group (UK) plc announced that it has been awarded a two-year contract extension for facilities management services at the Natural History Museum at its museums in South Kensington and Tring, and storage sites in south London. The company will continue to perform a wide range of specialist facilities management services across the Museum's properties, which range from the Grade I listed Waterhouse building in Kensington, to the adjacent landmark Darwin Centre where Museum visitors can explore world-class science in action, in a dramatic public space. Scope of work includes: maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems; building engineering and project works; grounds management and landscaping; pest control; special events support; life cycle management; monitoring and maintenance of fire and security; FM consultancy; health, safety, quality, environment and energy management support; and being managing agent for the housekeeping contract.

EMCOR Group Inc. and EMCOR Group (UK) plc Enter into a Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement

On November 25, 2013, EMCOR Group Inc. and EMCOR Group (UK) plc. entered into a Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of November 25, 2013 with Bank of Montreal, as Agent, and certain other lenders listed on the signature pages thereof. The Credit Agreement amends and restates a Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of November 21, 2011 among the company and EMCOR (UK) plc., Bank of Montreal, as Agent, and the lenders listed on the signature pages thereto. The Credit Agreement provides for a revolving credit facility under which the company may borrow up to $750,000,000 and for term loans to the company aggregating $350,000,000. EMCOR (UK) plc. may borrow under the revolving credit facility a portion of the $750,000,000 directly from the Lenders, as provided in the Credit Agreement. If the company so desires it may identify one or more additional lenders (which may include existing Lenders) willing to participate, or increase their participation, in the revolving credit facility, and thereby increase the company's maximum borrowings under the revolving credit facility by up to an additional $300,000,000, provided that such additional lender is acceptable, in their reasonable discretion, to Bank of Montreal and each Lender which has outstanding, at the time of the increased commitment, a letter of credit issued by it pursuant to the Credit Agreement.
