Bentley Motors reported sales results for the first quarter of 2013. Growth continues as the company announced that global deliveries to customers in the first quarter of 2013 have increased by 25.75% to 2,212 cars compared to the first three months of 2012 of 1,759 cars. Growth was led by a strong US market and outstanding sales in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe, as the company opened a further eight new dealerships in the first quarter of 2013. The company is simultaneously rolling out dealer expansion plan with eight new outlets opening their doors to customers so far in 2013 and over thirty more to come.

Bentley announced a top speed of 320-kmh, superior performance and acceleration through increased power and torque. An eight-speed transmission allows 0 to 100-kmh in 4.6 second. The model also comes with a 14% improvement in the power-to-weight ratio.

Bentley Motors Ltd. launched 202 mph cabriolet. The four-seat convertible that it launched can hit 202 miles per hour (325 kph) with the top down. The Continental GT Speed Convertible's 12-cylinder engine throws out a huge amount of power - 616 horsepower that rockets the soft top from zero to 100 miles per hour in just 9.7 seconds.
