Mondadori France SAS will terminate its contract with Presstalis for the distribution of its editions Grazia, Biba and Top Sante. Recently, Presstalis chose to change its tariffs to the detriment of low-cost editions. Hence, the distribution rate would account for 42% of the selling price of Grazia. The average distribution tariff on the market ranges between 34% and 35%.

Mondadori France SAS reported revenue results for the first half of 2011. For the period, the company reported its revenue figures for the first half of 2011, which showed a 2.4% year-on-year rise to EUR 172.4 million. Advertising revenue increased by 4.7%. The poor performance of the TV magazines division was offset by the good results of women's magazine Grazia, which posted advertising revenue growth of 53% and an average circulation of 180,000 copies.
