MOUSE Inc. Appoints Matt Greenfield to Board of Directors

MOUSE announced that Matt Greenfield, Managing Partner at ReThink Education, a venture capital partnership focused on educational technology, has joined its Board of Directors. Greenfield's passion for education and technology has led him on a career-long path of investing in and reshaping the way it learn and teach. He is on the board of BrightBytes and serves as an advisor to University Ventures, the NewSchool Ventures Seed Fund, and Laureate Education. Greenfield previously helped start three technology businesses, including Rethink Autism, DB Software (acquired by Cadre Software and now part of CA), and Synernetics (acquired by 3Com), and worked as an associate at ABS Ventures. In addition to Synernetics, his successful investments include Engrade (where he chaired the board through the company's acquisition by McGraw Hill Education), Wireless Generation (acquired by News Corp.), Analog Analytics (acquired by Barclays), Atricure, and Wellfleet (merged with Synoptics to form Bay Networks and then acquired by Nortel).

MOUSE announced that Amy Kadomatsu will be joining the company as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to founding ROKO Labs, Kadomatsu held positions at Snaps!, S&P Capital IQ, and TheMarkets.com, among others.

MOUSE Inc. Announces Executive Appointments

MOUSE Inc. announced that Harold Levy, Caroline McCarthy and Carole Wacey have been elected to its Board of Directors. Presently, he is a Managing Director at Palm Ventures, where he concentrates on growing businesses that have a positive and transformative impact on society, including investments in education, regulated industries and allied fields. Previously, Mr. Levy was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Kaplan Inc., Caroline McCarthy is Social Media Marketing Manager at Google, working with top brands, agencies and industry events. Prior to joining MOUSE, Ms. Wacey was Director of the Interactive Media for Children program at the Markle Foundation, and Deputy Director of the Office of Education Technology and Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Education.
