BLS AG Reports Earnings Results for the Six Months of 2013

BLS AG reported earnings results for the six months of 2013. For the period, the company reported its net profit rose four times in annual comparison to CHF 12.4 million The company said it earned more especially from passenger transport but also from cargo traffic and higher compensations. In addition, the measures related to the company's cost savings programme 'Gipfelsturm' also contributed to the result. Operating revenue rose by CHF 14 million to CHF 469.6 million.
